The Creator Membership is just £10 per month with an annual subscription or £12.50 with a monthly plan. There is also the Mini Membership for £6.50/m which is perfect for beginners. 

Yes! You can cancel your art membership at any point. If you sign up for a month and then cancel, you'll be able to enjoy the membership for the remainder of the month.

Cancelling your membership is easy and you can do this anytime in your membership. Watch the short video below or read the instructions here.

Click on your avatar (top right hand corner) > click settings

In settings click Billing (top left)

Scroll down to Active subscriptions > click the three dots on the right > Cancel Subscription

This will show as 'Cancel Pending' in yellow. Your subscription has been canceled, you will not be charged again. It simply means you retain access to the subscription until your last payment has run out. 

If you need to request a refund for your digital product, you have 14 days in which to do so. Please head over to the contact page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page to request a refund.

All payments are made in GBP (£). This should give you more favourable exchange rates over the in-built options with the online payment gateways.

If you are paying overseas, it's best to use the card payment option over PayPal. This means that the exchange rate and any fees are set by your bank, you can find these out by contacting them. Some banks do not charge for exchanging money, but it will depend on your banking arrangements. Do remember that exchange rates vary from day to day so reoccurring payments may show as differing amounts.
